I don't know about you but I would not have a clue what was going on in my life without my calendar. I have used the Tools4Wisdom calendar now for at least 5 years. I love that it has a goals section. It was just a couple weeks ago that I threw last years calendar away. I looked at the goals I had at the beginning of the year. One of them was to purchase a second longarm quilt machine. I was able to accomplish this goal with the help of my clients. I had several quilters opt into the All Access Membership. I was and still am so grateful. When you schedule your quilting appointment online your time goes into this calendar. I can plot out my day hour by hour. Put list after list in my calendar. Mel has made fun of me big time about my lists. I even have 'make a list' on my list of things to do which strikes him funny but totally normal for me.

Unfinished Projects
Last week I went on a Quilt Retreat with 4 other quilters. It was amazing how much I (we) got done. I took several PHD's. Projects Half Done. I can't believe I have so many of them. I truly need to focus on getting one thing done at a time. I was so happy putting my quilt blocks up on the portable design wall. The portable design wall was a big hit. It was easy to put up and take down. Every single one of us used it. Some more than once. Felt very accomplished by the time I was packing up and heading home.
I encourage you to finish your projects. It's such a great feeling! I usually get that 'finished' feeling vicariously when other quilters come here to quilt their quilts or pick up a finished quilt. I want to jump up and down and clap every time someone is done with their quilt. Again...What a great feeling.

Getting quilting time in your calendar.
I want to encourage you to book your Christmas quilting time now. The dates are filling up fast. For the first time ever Sharing Stitches will be closed over the holidays. I realize it's still only August but September is right around the corner and before you know it BAM!! it's Christmas.
