Did you Know?? 

The Sew Zone (classroom) is available to rent by the day.  It's only $10 per person per day.  We can accomodate up to 10 people.  Create your own mini retreat and enjoy a great space for you and your friends.

ALL OHIO SHOP HOP

This event runs from Aug. 1 through Sep. 30. 
Even if you are not doing the shop hop the magazine is extremely useful and available for purchase.  For only $11.95 (+tax) the magazine gives you a map to 84 different shops in Ohio divided by region.  If you miss the original shop hop shops or dates you can alway create your own quilt adventure.  There are also patterns and articles for you to check out.  Magazines are going fast as the shop hop has begun.

CLASSES ARE ON HOLD UNTIL AFTER THE ALL OHIO SHOP HOP

Cash is king at Sharing Stitches.  We don't penalize you by charging you a fee when you use your credit cards.  Credit Card fees for merchants is continuing to increase as we have talked about.  Pay by cash or check and get entered to win a prize basket of some kind valued at over $50.00.  Our last 2 winners were Judy DeFranco and Connie Combs.   

 Lucy and Innova Ugh! Says Shari

Our Innova computerized machine is up and running again after waiting for parts  Shari was able to repair it.  The Lucy---Shari has been in the shop at the crack of dawn for several days trying to figure out how the program works.  YouTube only goes so far and she hasn't been successful in getting one whole shop charity quilt to quilt out from start to finish yet.  She is determined and won't give up.  Patterns are extremely limited at this time.

 We are dedicating the Innova machine to members only.  If you have scheduled the Innova and are not a member we will give you a call and schedule another appointment on one of our APQS machines.

Schedulista now states MEMBER ONLY Innova to remind people that they must be a member to access the All Access Innova Suite.

**When scheduling your appointment it would be helpful to know the approximate size of the quilt you are doing.  This applies to all machines.**

NO CALL NO SHOW

In the past it has been our policy that we may charge a one hour fee onto your next quilt session.  Our new no call/no show fee is $56.00 which is equivalent to a 1.5 hour session and 1/2 hour of machine prep time. It's getting harder and harder to schedule time on all of our machines so if you don't show up you are denying someone an opportunity to work on their quilt.  We are very understanding about last minute emergencies!!  We consider cancelations on a case by case basis.  We are just looking for communication from you.  You can text us, e-mail us or call and leave a message.  Facebook messenger is NOT reliable so please do not use it if at all possible.  

Classes and events are refundable up to 5 days prior to the event or class.  If you cancel between day 4 and zero please contact us and see if we have a waiting list.  If we do, we will let you know, contact that person waiting and see if they are still available.  If we do not have a waiting list you are free to give your seat to a friend and work out the financial details with them.  Just let us know who is taking your place.

Health Updates and Whatnot
Leanne and Shari 

Health, or lack of it lately is taking a toll on us.  Leanne has ongoing health concerns and her immune system is taking a hit.  When she goes down she is down for days.  If you are at all contagious please let us know and reschedule.  (refer to the cancellation policy above).  Shari had/is still having kidney stone problems.  After 3 procedures there are still some remaining stones.  Both of us have had to take time away from the shop to recover.  Some of our voluneers have also had some health issues and family things they need to take care of.  That being said you may never know who will be in the shop when.  We have scheduled days when we are planning on being there but plans are ever changing these days.  We are all trying our best to be healthy and helpful to each and every one of our clients.  We truly appreciate the prayers and concern you have shown all of us!
