Private Retreats are a hit! 
You can book a private retreat by calling us at 937-479-8343 or stop by and we can get you on our calendar.
Dates are going fast so don't wait too long. 

The Sew Zone (classroom) is available to rent by the day.  It's only $10 per person per day.  We can accomodate up to 10 people.  Create your own mini retreat and enjoy a great space for you and your friends.

We still have the awesome and informative Shop Hop magazines left for only $9.95 (+tax).  The magazine gives you a map to 84 different shops in Ohio divided by region.  T-Shirts are still available for purchase for 19.99(+tax)  Sizes include 3X, 2X, XL and Medium while they last.

MODA CHALLENGE STARTS NOW

Do you want a chance to win some great prizes?  Join Sharing Stitches as we gather our Mighty Moda fabrics and start creating for this challenge.

We have all of the fabric you need to enter this challenge.  Stop by and pick up the official rules and fabric.

Also, stop by and check out Longshore fabric line.  We have bundles available at great prices.

Start your engines and race over to the shop if you want your quilt done by Christmas.  Anything delivered after Nov. 1st may not get done in time for Christmas.  We currently have a rack full of quilts that need to be done and are continually receiving more every week.  Rush jobs may incur an additional $75 fee.  But why so much $$ for a rush job you ask?  Either Shari or Leanne will have to give up family time, miss an event, come in before dawn or stay wicked late to complete your project.  SO PLAN TO FINISH YOUR PROJECT NOW AND DELIVER BY NOV. 1ST.

We had over 900 people visited our shop.  Everyone was so great!  We still have shop hop inventory on hand along with our other wonderful quilty items.

We are so pleased that many of you have already signed up to rent one of our longarm machines.  Please be sure to check out our website for detailed quilt preparation information.

**When scheduling your appointment it would be helpful to know the approximate size of the quilt you are doing.  This applies to all machines.**

Reminder......NO CALL NO SHOW

In the past it has been our policy that we may charge a one hour fee onto your next quilt session.  Our new no call/no show fee is $56.00 which is equivalent to a 1.5 hour session and 1/2 hour of machine prep time. It's getting harder and harder to schedule time on all of our machines so if you don't show up you are denying someone an opportunity to work on their quilt.  We are very understanding about last minute emergencies!!  We consider cancelations on a case by case basis.  We are just looking for communication from you.  You can text us, e-mail us or call and leave a message.  Facebook messenger is NOT reliable so please do not use it if at all possible.  

Classes and events are refundable up to 5 days prior to the event or class.  If you cancel between day 4 and zero please contact us and see if we have a waiting list.  If we do, we will let you know, contact that person waiting and see if they are still available.  If we do not have a waiting list you are free to give your seat to a friend and work out the financial details with them.  Just let us know who is taking your place.

LET'S TALK ABOUT A Bunch OF STUFF

 OPEN SEAMS:  Please check your quilt top for hidden pins and open seams.  You can repair your seams here but finding them at home and fixing them is less expensive than paying for time to fix them here.

TARDY, I DON'T FEEL TARDY:  (If you know what song, singer or band that line is in let us know when you come into the shop.  I, Shari, want to see how many of you know).  If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule you.  Especially if you didn't book enough time initially.  We don't charge you if you did not use all your time so booking extra time than you think you need is highly encouraged.  For example if you have a king size quilt and are doing a simple pattern a minimum of 4 hours is recommended.  If you have a baby quilt please book 2 hours.  Remember we need time to load your project, choose thread, and pick a pattern.

INNOVA MEMBERSHIP WILL BE DISCONTINUED FOR 2025:  Both our members and non-members have shared their thoughts with us and we have listened.  We are trying something new and all clients will have access to the Innova All Access suite.  Beginning in January the title on the website to book will no longer be listed as Member Only.  Just like the other 2 APQS machines it will be first come first serve.  The cost is $35/hr.  and includes access to the equipment in the suite, such as the accu-cut and heat press.
