LATE ARRIVALS AND NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY REMINDER
If you are running late please call us, text us or e-mail us. We will only hold your spot for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes with no communication we will consider you a no call/no show. Our no call/no show fee is $56.00 which is equivalent to a 1.5 hour session and 1/2 hour of machine prep time and will be applied to your next quilting session. It's getting harder and harder to schedule time on all of our machines so if you don't show up you are denying someone an opportunity to work on their quilt. We are very understanding about last minute emergencies!! We consider cancelations on a case by case basis. We are just looking for communication from you. You can text us, e-mail us or call and leave a message. Facebook messenger is NOT reliable so please do NOT use it. We are super busy (hurray!!) and do not have time to track you down, it is your responsibility to contact us.
